AMANDA COOP
PSYCHOLOGIST
Children & Adolescents

Growing up can be tough – especially when emotions are big, friendships are tricky, or the world feels like it wasn’t made with you in mind. I support children and teens to better understand themselves, manage challenges, and build the tools they need to thrive – with warmth, creativity, and a neurodiversity-affirming approach.

Parenting

Being a parent is incredibly rewarding – and incredibly hard. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how best to support your child, you're not alone. I offer practical, compassionate support to help you parent with more confidence, connection, and clarity.

Individual Therapy

Sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, or just harder than it should. Individual therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s going on, with compassionate support alongside you.

Family
Therapy

Family therapy services aim to strengthen familial bonds, improve communication, and navigate through challenging dynamics. I am committed to supporting families in fostering healthier and happier relationships.

Therapy Sessions
Approach & Philosophy

In my work, I believe in a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy. My focus is on creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can explore their concerns and work towards positive changes. I work to integrate evidence-based practices with empathy and understanding.
